Returns

- Please log into your account by clicking here to start the returns process.

- Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date.

- Package must include order number and date.

- Items must be in original condition and packaging.

- All items must be packaged in a box or padded mailer to protect them.

- Some items such as chain footage or custom items cannot be returned. Those items are marked on the product page as final sale.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping.

- Select products may be returned or exchanged by the customer at their own expense. If the product is to be returned, the customer will have to pay for shipping back to us and return shipping to the customer if you are exchanging.

Return to Sender:
- In the event that your order is returned to Essbe Jewelry Supply due to incorrect address information, you will be responsible for the cost to ship the product back to you.

Custom Pieces:
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for the pieces to be created & sent

- All custom pieces are final sale

- We do not take responsibility for trademark infringement on personalized items. It is the customer's responsibility to research the pieces and ensure they meet requirements. If the item is found to be infringing, the customer is responsible for any and all legal fees. We will not be held responsible for any trademark infringement.
