Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed, packaged, and shipped out. Shipping times are estimates based on the carrier.

If you need an order by a certain date, please email us before placing the order.

UPS Next Day Air: If order is placed by noon EST, all in-stock items will ship out same day Mon-Fri. If order is placed after noon, order will ship next business day. Please note that next day air does not always deliver on Saturdays so if you order on Friday, it is not guaranteed that you’ll get the order by Saturday.
This is the only service we guarantee to ship out same day!

UPS 2nd Day Air: This service is not offered in all areas because UPS ground will get there in 2 days depending on close you live to our Michigan HQ. Orders will be processed with our normal 1-3 business day processing time and delivered by UPS 2nd day air.
*If UPS fails to deliver within 2 days, you can file a claim with UPS.

USPS Priority Mail: A little quicker than standard ground, but USPS does not guarantee any time frames for this shipping method. Orders are processed with our normal 1-3 business day processing time.

UPS Ground/USPS Ground Advantage: This is our standard shipping with shipping times calculated when you checkout based on where you live. Orders are processed with our normal 1-3 business day processing time.

In-Store Pick Up: Not available

We offer Route package protection as an insurance option on all packages. If your package has not arrived, you can file a claim with Route by clicking here.

Once Route Insurance is added, we can't remove it or refund the package protection.

Orders with expedited shipping (UPS next day air) that are placed before noon EST Monday - Friday all in-stock items will ship out same day. Orders placed after noon EST will be shipped out the following business day.

MOQ = minimum order quantity

This means that is the minimum amount of products you can order. For example: All of our chain require 3 feet per style minimum purchase. If you would like a chain sample, you can click here to purchase the chain at 4" length.

We try to get stock in before we run out, but that's not always perfect. If something is out stock, the best option is to sign up for notifications. As soon as the item is restocked, you'll be notified!
